89. Three factors determine our actions:
(i) Mann (Mind) => Swarth
(Selfishness) => how we feel temporarily => ultimate bad.
(ii) Atma (Soul) => uchit
(ethics) => how we feel finally => ultimate good.
(iii) Buddhi (Intellect) => to
know the difference between the above two and act accordingly.
Please allow me to correct you. Three factors which affect our actions is MANN( our desires, kaamna, krodh, lobh and moh), BUDHII ( knowledge which we collect by seeing hearing and touching) and AHUM (the me, mine). AATMA or soul is untouched by all these.
